About Early Intervention (EI)

Early Intervention is a collection of services and supports designed to help babies and toddlers who have developmental delays or disabilities. It is not just therapy for the child—it is support for the whole family to help your child grow and learn.

Services are provided in-home, in our learning center, and in community settings such as child care, libraries, and playgrounds.

Medically Complex Care Consultation (MC3)

The Step One Program serves children from birth through three with significant medical and developmental needs. We provide training, consultation, and resource and referral services. Staff includes a special educator and consultants in nursing, early development, speech, PT, OT, music therapy, and social work.

Every family looks forward to seeing a child's first smile, first step, and first words. Regular screenings help raise awareness of a child's development, making it easier to celebrate milestones and identify possible concerns early.
