Aspire Health is a caring community where everyone is welcome. We have been helping people for over 100 years. Our care is personalized and designed to fit your life. We offer outpatient services in Quincy and Marshfield. Our teams help children, teens, and adults. We provide evaluations, medication support, and therapy for individuals, families, and groups. We support people dealing with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, substance use, and other challenges.
We work closely with primary care clinicians and others in the community to create clear goals and treatment plans that support recovery and overall well-being for both clients and their families.
From 24/7 urgent care to support in your own home, we are here for you. You don't have to go through this alone.

Answer a few questions to discover the services best suited for your needs.
Recovery is possible for everyone. We combine proven medical expertise with a deep respect for your story, your goals, and your family. We meet you where you are—whenever you're ready.
Our clinicians utilize proven treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, and trauma-informed approaches.
Multidisciplinary teams collaborate to address behavioral health alongside physical health, social needs, and life circumstances—ensuring comprehensive support for lasting recovery.
We meet people where they are—literally. Services are delivered in our clinics, in homes, at schools, and throughout community settings across 35+ South Shore towns.
From immediate help in a crisis to ongoing support for children and adults, we offer a range of programs designed to help you live your best life.
CBHC is a state designation for Community Behavioral Health Center. Aspire Health's Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) offers comprehensive wraparound services—a "one-stop shop" for mental health and substance use services, all under one roof. Instead of navigating multiple fractured systems, programs or locations for all your care needs, you can come to one place for immediate assessment, crisis intervention, and ongoing treatment. It is designed to be an integrated regional Hub providing clinic-based care, urgent care, mobile crisis, and crisis stabilization.
Crisis Services Available 24/7
Our crisis services are designed to meet people where they are, help them feel safe, and connect them to ongoing care. When possible, services are provided in the community to avoid unnecessary emergency room visits.
Behavioral Health Urgent Care (BHUC) serves as a vital bridge for individuals experiencing urgent mental health or substance use needs. We offer a safe, compassionate, urgent care setting clinical alternative to the hospital emergency department, providing prompt assessment, stabilization, and triage of services in a calm environment. This is urgent care and support—not crisis support. Those who should be in the emergency room should be seen by the crisis team.
Aspire Health Alliance operates two Adult Community Clinical Services (ACCS) programs serving approximately 335 individuals throughout the community. Access to this program is through referral from the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health. Participants may live independently in the community or in one of our residential settings.
A supportive community for your healing. Our day program gives you the structured care you need during the day, while allowing you to stay connected to your life and home in the evenings.
We know that for many families, the best place to find healing is right at home. Our In-Home Therapy team works with you and your child in your own environment, helping you navigate challenges, build stronger connections, and find peace at home.
Because every child deserves the best start. We work with you and your little one where they feel most comfortable—at home or in the community—helping them grow through play and expert support.
Quality behavioral health care should be accessible to everyone. We accept most major insurance plans and offer sliding scale fees based on income for those who qualify.
No one is turned away for inability to pay. Our intake team will help you understand your coverage and find the right payment option.
